Lunch & Learn Request Form
The Office of Student Services & Enrollment Management coordinates lunch & learns for dental students in partnership with ASDA student leaders. We typically schedule all presentations before the start of each term.
Lunch & Learn requests are closed for the winter term.
Clinic Items

Predoctoral Clinics:
Vendors of clinic supplies, equipment, instruments, etc. should contact Materials Management. All clinic items for consideration in the pre-doctoral clinic must be presented to the Materials and Instruments Committee, who will evaluate whether to utilize the product.

Dental Students
There are several options available to reach dental students. Please post job openings in the Career Opportunities & Advancement section of our website. Otherwise, please consider the following options:
- The Detroit Mercy Dental ASDA chapter hosts two Vendor Fairs each year. Please contact the Office of Student Services & Enrollment Management for information about our next Vendor Fair.
- If your organization is non-profit, we may be able to accommodate an information table in the cafeteria during the student lunch hour. Please contact the Office of Student Services & Enrollment Management to arrange this.
- If you are promoting a residency and/or graduate program, we can share your post in our weekly internal newsletter. Please contact the Office of Student Services & Enrollment Management.
- A limited number of Lunch & Learn slots are available each term. Please fill out the Lunch & Learn Application to be considered for a presentation.

Vendors will be referred to the specific specialty area. For example, periodontal items will be referred to Periodontics for review and approval of educational content.
